Signet Marigold Mix *NEW 2024/25*
Tagetes tenuifolia - Approx 150 seeds.
A small bushy marigold that produces an abundance of small orange/red flowers that smell amazing and are excellent for attracting pollinating insects. A great companion plant for tomatoes and other polytunnel crops as the scent deters some pests. The edible flowers can also be added to summer salads and cakes for a splash of colour.
Growing Info
This half-hardy annual can be sown indoors in March/April. Sow outside in May/June after the last frost. Flowering: June - September.
Tip: When growing in modules sow the seeds on the surface and cover with a thin layer of compost or vermiculite.
